In March (2009) it was my goal to find a condo for both investment and personal use. Two months prior I had contacted Maggie. By the time I came to Vancouver I felt very well versed on what to expect - Maggie had sent me all relevant listings, answered all of my many questions and made excellent comments. Once in Vancouver, Maggie made amazing use of what was a short time to get to know the market of a city I had never been to. MAGGIE IS A TRUE TROOPER ...
and she sold my property in 3 days. About a year ago i was searching for a realtor. She always responds in minutes; she always answers the phone; she is always there it seems 24-7-365 days a yeear.
Her newsletters go out regularly - I was a subscriber and are chock full or good info.

Maggie was great to work with and we would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
We were looking for a condo in Vancouver with some specific requirements (newer, ocean view, nicely finished, walk to beach, amenities near by and all for under $400K). A tall order to fill!
But with Maggie's help we were able to find one. We have a beautifiul condo on the 25th floor in Coal Harbour with a spectacular ocean view and two blocks from the seawall. We couldn't be happier.
Maggie worked very hard for us, negotiated a fair price and made sure all the t's were crossed and i's dotted. A stickler for details, Maggie proved without a doubt that she is a very professional real estate agent, and also turned out to be a great person to deal with!

| After checking multiple websites, we came up with a list of three or four potential agents to help us in our search for a condo in Vancouver. Since we would be in Vancouver for a short time from out of the country, we needed someone who was not only knowledgeable, but also responsive. Last year I bought a very lovely (condo)investment property near the future Olympic Village site. I had only a few days in Vancouver to find a place and complete a deal before flying overseas. I enlisted Maggie's help and was astounded by her impeccable and speedy service. Maggie returned my emails and calls almost instantaneously. She is extremely professional and also very personable. We had great fun looking at places with her!! She also referred me to an excellent mortgage broker and property manager in Vancouver. (I was so happy with the mortgage broker that I have switched to his bank! The property manager Maggie suggested was so responsive that he literally ran down to the property while I had him on the phone---his honest assessment of rental potential clinched my decision to purchase that day.) My property has since gone up in value and has proved to be a hassle free,lucrative rental unit. I keep in touch with Maggie and have since referred colleagues to her. Maggie is quite simply the best realtor in Vancouver.

| Our decision to look for a condo in the coal harbour area was a fast one. It was important for find a realtor that was very knowledgable and active in the market. Doing online searches to research listings and agents that worked in the area Maggie stood out based on her experience and professional presentation. Maggie Chandler is a professional and knowledgeable realtor whose solid research and strong negotiation skills resulted in a substantial reduction in the cost of our new home. We moved to Vancouver from England, and employed Maggie's services on the 3rd September asking her to find us a new home before the end of the month if possible! After a discussion about what we desired Maggie set up and took us to see a range of potential accommodation that could meet our needs (not so easy as this was over the long weekend). Maggie provided us with a wide range of advice – as we were returning to Canada and had never owned property in this country – she was very patient in explaining terms and the process to us including talking us through the various contracts. She was great at keeping us informed and often called us with updates - even if to just let us know that she had not heard back from other parties. Maggie worked hard and was pro-active in following up with the agents acting for the sellers; she did not sit back and wait but chased information for us. Maggie also provided contacts for legal and home inspection services that were as efficient as her. The result of her work was that we were able to take possession of our new home within 21 days of hiring Maggie. Maggie even gave us an unexpected, but very tasty, home warming gift on the exchange of keys date! We do not hesitate in recommending her services to you as we will to our friends and we will definitely contact Maggie again in the future if the need arises.

In 1995, we moved to Vancouver with no knowledge of the local politics or the real estate situation. Maggie was wise enough to advise us that we not look at any condos built after 1986 because of the 'leaky condo' situation.
